We had a lovely trip on Awesome yesterday with plenty of small skippies on the 12 mile bank as well as a yellowfin of 13.1 kg. Went looking for red steenbras, but the hectic current won the day. Only got a pajama shark on a flapper bait while the others landed silvers, a roman and a red stump. My pajama catshark in 40m of water...

On the way home we found this bait ball, a lot of birds and 3 minke whales feeding. Got a couple of nice skipjack in the 5kg class here to end the day.
