Overberg Angling

It is with a very sad heart that we want to inform all our anglers that one of our main sponsors and a good angling friend, Oosie of Platinum Chris Cam Properties, has been admitted to hospital over the past weekend and diagnosed with acute leukaemia. He has undergone surgery and is currently on a treatment of chemo.


According to his family he is in a stable condition and his prognosis is fairly good. His son Christian (Struisfish) is also one of our junior angling members, and we want to use this opportunity to wish Oosie and his family a speedy recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. Oosie is a well known figure in the community and also in the offshore boating fraternity and has been a great supporter of Overberg Angling since our launch.
