Guys, just heard that Jacques Ackhurst (Jackal) is currently in surgery. He is having a pacemaker fitted.

From all of us at Overberg Angling as well as the 25 Species Comp we wish him all the very best and a speedy recovery.

Jaques has just been released from hospital and says he will be back fishing in a month's time, so now is the time for the other anglers on the 25 Species Competition to play catchup!

We are all very happy he is well - now just get some rest
